New Thoughts for a New Year!

Don’t you just love the unspoiled potential of a brand new year? So many possibilities and visions of goals achieved and dreams realized. Old Thought: I just can’t stick to an exercise routine.

New Thought: I love exploring new ways to get and stay fit!

Old Thought: Change is too hard.

New Thought: I am worthy of my best efforts.

Old Thought: I’m just not a disciplined person.

New Thought: I am capable of change, and can get help to get started if I need it.

Old Thought: It’s impossible to stay motivated.

New Thought: I know my WHY and my worth. Everything else is just details.

Old Thought: It’s so hard to earn enough money.

New Thought: I enjoy abundance in all its forms.

Old Thought: I’m too old/fat/tired/unlucky to do the things I want to do.

New Thought: I embrace life & myself as we are right now, and believe great things are coming!

As you train your mind to think more empowering thoughts, it will likely feel awkward at first, just like anything new.
