What is this super power? Your attention. This lesson comes from quantum physics. Now before you burst into laughter, know that I don’t pretend to be a quantum physicist (nor do I play one on tv!) but this concept is an easy one to grasp and actually pretty easy to practice as well.
How does this work? This is so because of this principle:

Also important to realize is that everything in the Universe is energy. Everything. The chair you’re sitting on, the clothes you’re wearing, your food, your cat, and certainly you are energy, and energy is always moving, always vibrating. When we turn our powerful attention to a subject, say not having enough money to do what we’d like, we are giving energy to a lack of money. Make sense? Or perhaps we’d like to lose thirty pounds. Where does our attention usually go? To being overweight, to not liking our body as it is, to resistance to exercise or having to stick to a certain diet. In these examples, our attention is going to what we do not want.
In our defense, this is what we have been taught and brought up to believe: If we have a problem or a situation to be remedied, the way to go about that is to turn our attention to “what’s wrong” and focus on that. It makes sense on some level, but goes against the laws of the Universe. And just as we don’t have to believe in gravity in order to not float into the sky when we walk outside, we don’t have to believe in this principle to have it work in our lives. It just does.
So how does one apply the law of “Where attention goes, energy flows?” It’s easy really, merely focus on what you want. If it’s more money, focus on how you’d feel if you had money to do what you want. Can you see yourself traveling, driving a cool new car, living in a great new place? Most importantly can you feel how it would be to have those things?
In the weight loss example – can you see yourself as fit and thin and strong? Can you focus on nourishing and exercising the body you envision? Can you feel how awesome it is to go into your closet knowing you’ll look sensational in whatever you choose to wear?
When we make that 180° pivot from giving our attention from what we don’t want to what we do want to create, everything changes. It’s not woowoo, it’s Universal truth. How can you make your powerful attention work for you today?
