What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching focuses on the here and now. We start with where you are now and what you want - and work together to create that new life vision. In life coaching, we start with the assumption that you are whole and complete - and that you have all the answers - even if you may not feel like it at the moment. The life coaching work is to uncover those answers together. There's a partnership (as coach and client) - a back and forth with deep listening, reflecting and gentle-nudging. I look for (and always find!) the best in you by asking questions to help you discover your own truth.
The good news is, you know it when you feel it - and we get to that place as soon as possible. Unlike therapy that can go on for years (because it tends to focus on the past and/or why you're feeling a certain way), life coaching often accomplishes that in a short amount of time. The intention is always for you to take your power back - as opposed to being reliant on a coach - or anyone else for your happiness.
It's kind of like having a best friend who sees the best in you and won't let you be anything other than your best possible self. Nothing has to be terribly "wrong" to benefit. Even when things are going well, it’s often helpful to have an objective person in your corner to bounce ideas off of, touch base with and/or reaffirm that you’re moving in the right direction.

If you’re curious about coaching and/or want to see if we’re a good fit - let’s talk! We’ll set up a video call to get to know each other. We’ll spend 30 minutes learning about where you are in life and what has you curious about coaching. If our working together feels exciting and beneficial, we’ll schedule a full session. If not, no worries - there is no obligation involved with this preliminary free session.
SINGLE: 1-Session Life Coaching:
Do you already have a clear idea (or sneaking suspicion) that coaching would be helpful, even if you may not be exactly sure how? Maybe you’ve already done some “inner work” to get clear on your goals and dreams but now realize you don’t know how to make the changes? Or maybe you could use some help getting clear in the first place. In either case a single life coaching session may be all you need to move forward.
PACKAGE: 3-Session Life Coaching:
Sometimes the best option is knowing you’ve got ongoing support for the long-haul. It doesn’t matter if you’re not sure where to start, or even if you don’t know exactly where you’re headed. If you’re feeling called to coaching in order to consciously create a new life vision for yourself and are serious about making a change - it will likely take a few sessions to get there. This 3-session package is the most economical way to do that.
